Administration Management of user groups Winsurf Mainframe Access relies on the secure management of Windows NT's access rights. Winsurf Mainframe Access database is built and updated from the SAM database defining user groups and their access authorisations.
Management of communication services
Assigning access rights to user groups
These services might be publicly available to all users or limited
to some, according to their previously defined membership to the user groups,
therefore not affecting the network security organisation.

of Intranet applications The integration of Winsurf Mainframe Access control The Winsurf Mainframe Access control is embedded in an HTML page either in static or dynamic mode. With static mode, the kind of control integration (ActiveX or Plug-in) is predetermined while creating the login page. On the other hand, for the dynamic mode, the choice is related to the browser and the connected workstation. This detection is achieved by executing a script included in an ASP HTML page.
EHLLAPI and UVTI API
Support of Intranet Connector Connector from S.cort. To quickly implement an Intranet solution, Intranet Connector offers an interface common to the various applications of the information systems). Two additional modes allow to run the Winsurf Mainframe Access emulations; a data mode to revamp existing applications and an on-the-fly real mode to convert directly into HTML.
