Company Profile & Resources of

Occupational Dynamics

 by Bev Nash

THEN (a brief history in change)

Occupational Dynamics was originally formed in 1993 as an association of management consultants hence the name.... Occupational (work related) Dynamics (how it all moves). The association was very successful and retained a large and regular database of clients. Several clients inquired about software, particularly in relation to our sales training. OD sourced a contact management package that fulfilled our clients' requirements and a new era unfolded.

THE CHANGE

We found we could source and supply several software packages at significantly reduced cost to our clients. A strategy of change was implemented that included a staged reduction of consultancy work  combined with a switch to a fully-fledged IT company. OD recruited a specialist html writer (Beverly) and Bernard our computer expert. The existing directors and personnel were brought up-to-date and have each taken an active, if not, obsessional interest in IT. Our committment to supplying quality products is legendary and unusually for most dealers, negotiate on behalf of our clients to assure the best deals possible.

NOW

To date, we have developed fabulous relationships with over fifty manufacturers and main importers that are willing to sell at reduced costs, to benefit you, the corporate and company end-user. This allows for lower prices and corporate discounts. Our product portfolio is legendary.

For products that we do not actively represent, Occupational Dynamics provides a sourcing service at the small fee of £75.

Arrangements for demonstrations are constantly being made; so don't be afraid to ask. If you want a sample of a software package, we will get it - somehow.

ANYTHING ELSE

Information Technology products and services now account for 95% of our turnover. Our client base is now international and includes corporate bodies, airports, banks, building societies, county councils, trade resellers and catalogues.
