server, giving both local news groups and the ability to access newsgroups
from many service providers on the internet.

This is a powerful feature of NetNow!, which is usually only found in dedicated
software. NetNow! can provide public discussion forums (with a variety of
"subscription by mail" mechanisms) as well as distribution lists (such as
"sales team" list).
NetNow! can also archive messages,
for retrieval on demand (for example, to supply larger files related to normal
messages). It is also possible for individual subscribers to choose to receive
mail in the form of a daily digest.

your service provider (if you have dialup connection) and disconnects after
it has completed it tasks.
If you wish to use another dialup system. NetNow! can detect the connection
